Most Common Questions

How do I create my first apology?

Simply sign up for an account, go to the "Create Apology" page, write your story in the text box, choose your preferred format (PDF, MP3 voice, or MP3 song), and submit. Your personalized apology will be emailed to you within minutes.

How do sessions work?

Each credit creates one personalized apology, regardless of format (PDF, MP3 voice, or MP3 song). You can purchase sessions in one-time packs or monthly subscriptions. All credits never expire.

How do you protect my privacy?

We use a privacy-first approach. Your story is processed in memory to create your apology, delivered to you, and then immediately and permanently deleted from our systems. We don't store, log, or retain any of your personal content.

How does the AI create apologies?

Our AI is specifically trained for empathetic, reflective writing. It reads your story and crafts an apology from the perspective of the person or situation that hurt you. The AI focuses on acknowledgment, understanding, and genuine remorse while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
